Shipping, Returns, Cancellations
If a product is found to be mis-addressed by seller the seller is responsible for redelivery or replacement free of charge. If customer has supplied an incorrect or insufficient address then the seller will not resend or refund free of charge. Responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by customer at the additional postal costs.
Seller makes every effort practical to ensure delivery timeframes are met. Ordered products will be posted once the payment funds have cleared into sellers account. By placing an order you agree not to hold the seller liable for unmet mailing time frames due to third party delays or force majeure.
Seller reserves the right to cancel order/s that are believed to be fraudulent or constitutes misuse or potential mis-marketing activity.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the seller. If the received item is found to be defective or damaged please immediately contact us for discussion and assessment of refund.
